Allan S. Williams
Allan S. WilliamsAllan Williams received his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. His law school activities and honors included Executive Director of the Advocacy Honors Board and two American Jurisprudence Awards. Allan is the managing attorney of Price Law Group, a member of the State Bar of California, a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Court in Nebraska.
Prior to joining Price Law Group, Allan was an associate at Fierstein & Sturman Law Corporation in Century City practicing in the areas of Employment Law, Trust and Estate Planning and general civil litigation. In his spare time (which is not much) Allan loves to spend time with his wife, two daughters, as well as his dog, Charlie. He is also a TV trivia nut and loves to rent movies.
Allison J. Ray
Allison J. RayAllison Ray is a native of Southern California. She received her J.D. from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles. Her undergraduate work was completed at th University of the Pacific in Stockton, California where she earned a B.A. in Communications. She has been practicing law since 1995, originally as a creditor bankruptcy attorney. In 1998, by joining Price Law Group, she decided to switch over to the representation of individuals filing bankruptcy in the hope of helping people in need of financial assistance. Allison is married and the mother of two wonderful children, Tyler James, age 4, and Ava Bella, 6 months.
Andrew Bellinson
Andrew Bellison attended the University of Arizona where he completed his undergraduate studies. Following his internship with the District Attorney's office, he began a law clerk position with Mesch, Clark, & Rothschild, a recognized nationwide bankruptcy law and litigation firm. Andrew attended Tulane University of Law in New Orleans and graduated in 1992. Andrew is a member of the State Bar of Florida and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida. In his spare time he loves to manage his juice bars and travel the world.
Ani E. Avedisian
Ani E. Avedisian received her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School. She was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board, Orange County Trial Lawyers and the Armenian Bar Association. She received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, San Diego in Political Science with an emphasis in American Politics and Theatre. Ani is admitted to practice law in the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California. Before working in the field of bankruptcy law, Ani was an extern for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office in the Felony Panel and the Family Protection Unit. She also worked for civil litigation firms, emphasizing in complex mass tort litigation including pharmaceutical product liability and mass transit cases. She has also participated in business litigation, estate planning and subrogation. Ani is a mentor for the Armenian General Benevolent Union – Generation Next Program. On her spare time she enjoys playing the piano.
Chantal Vanongevalle
Chantal VanongevalleChantal VanOngevalle received her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and immediately moved to California. She was admitted to practice in California in 1996, and New Mexico the following year. Chantal actively practices in both states. Prior to joining Price Law Group, she spent five years working for Edwina E. Dowell, Chapter 13 Trustee, and was later her staff attorney. It was here that she became immersed in the work that would ultimately be the focus of her practice -- Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Before working for the Trustee, she externed for the Honorable Mitchel R. Goldberg, in Riverside, CA, and Honorable Arthur M. Greenwald in San Fernando Valley, CA. Chantal received her B.A. in Business from New Mexico State University. She is married with one son. She enjoys many crafts including jewelry making.
Charlie Acevedo
Charlie Acevedo received his J.D. from Whittier Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Classical Management-International Business from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is of Mexican descent with the ability to fluently speak, read and write in Spanish.
His law school activities included an active role in the schools Federalist Society as well as a judicial externship under the auspices of California Superior Court Judge John Nho Trong Nguyen. Charlie is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
Prior to joining Price Law Group, Charlie was an associate at the Goodrich Law Corporation in Lake Forest, California, practicing in the areas of Contract Law and general civil litigation, representing Bank of America in a high volume capacity. In his spare time Charlie loves to spend time with his family and enjoying a nice cigar.
Chelsea Ryan
Chelsea Ryan received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. She attended undergrad at the University of California, San Diego where received her B.A. in Political Science/International Relations and a minor in Law and Society. Her law school activities include the Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic, where she provided free legal services at the Union Rescue Mission in downtown Los Angeles. Chelsea is admitted to practice in the Central District of California. In her spare time she loves spending time with friends and hanging out at the beach.

Cristina Conde Lee has more than five years experience in the legal field. Ms. Lee has a wide range of experience as a paralegal and legal assistant having worked in bankruptcy, estate planning, family law, and immigration law. Ms. Lee graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a Juris Doctor in May 2008 and received her BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of California at San Diego in June 2004. Ms. Lee earned her paralegal certificate from UCSD Extension in 2004 and took the California Bar exam in July of 2008. Ms. Lee served for two years as the president of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Christian Legal Society and speaks fluent Tagalog and Illocano. She enjoys helping people get the fresh start that bankruptcy can provide. In her spare time, Ms. Lee enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, spending time at the beach and camping with her husband Asa and their dog Bruce Lee. Ms. Lee is a Notary Public in the State of California.

Daniel L. Silverberg received his JD from Boalt Hall School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, graduating with High Distinction. His law school honors included Moot Court Oralist Commendation and James Patterson McBaine Honors Moot Court Competition. Mr. Silverberg is a member of the State Bars of California and Arizona and he is admitted to practice in all Districts of California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the State of California. Prior to joining Price Law Group Mr. Silverberg was a trial lawyer in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona where he worked on Personal injury and medical mal-practice litigation matters. In his spare time, Mr. Silverberg loves to travel.
David Chami
David ChamiDavid Chami received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan. David graduated law school Cum Laude and was nominated for the Outstanding Graduate award, was a member of the school's traveling mock trial team, and won the Sandra Day O'Connor Prize for Public Interest for his work with valley youth. As the Mentoring Director for the Youth Mentoring Board, David devoted hundreds of hours to community service. He is admitted to practice in Arizona as well as the US District Court of Arizona. David served as an extern to the Honorable Randy Haines in the US Bankruptcy Court - District of Arizona. David is committed to helping people in need and this was a major factor in his joining the Price Law Group.
Earl Key
Earl Key was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and his law degree (J.D.), both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After receiving his J.D., Earl attended the State University of New York at Buffalo law school where he obtained his LL.M. degree.(Master of Laws). While attending law school at Nebraska, Earl completed the litigation skills track in general litigation. This training certifies the completion of all courses for the development of skills, values and doctrines necessary to be an effective and competent litigator in General Litigation. He is admitted to practice in New York, Nebraska, United States Western and Northern District Bankruptcy Courts of New York, and United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit. Prior to joining Price Law, Earl worked for the Niagara County District Attorney's Office. While employed at the DA's office Earl successfully prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony crimes. In addition he wrote and argued appellate briefs for the Office. One of Earl's most memorable achievements in DA's office happened in a trial where a man was caught peeping over a partition and looking at a young girl while she was using a tanning salon. The Judge ruled that, unfortunately his conduct was not a crime under New York Law and found him not guilty. After the verdict, Earl worked on a proposed new law, and gave it to State legislators. The bill passed in the New York Assembly and is currently waiting on senate approval.
Earl is currently Co-Chair of the Prosecution Section of the New York State Bar Association. Earl's current areas of practice are bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, family law, and DWI. In his spare time, Earl likes to play blues on his guitar and play with his pets.
Eliza Ghanooni
Eliza GhanooniEliza Ghanooni received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Eliza is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. She is also an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Prior to joining Price Law Group, she worked at the Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review, the Fair Trade Commission, and worked as a foreign law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel for Justice Ayala Procaccia. Eliza is a marine biology enthusiast and loves to travel.
Frank X. Ruggier
FRANK X. RUGGIER received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1998 and his B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, graduating cum laude. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Frank is also a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, and American Bar Associations. Frank is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California. He was an extern to the Honorable Calvin K. Ashland, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Frank was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute medal of excellence for Bankruptcy. Frank joined Price Law Group in 1999. Prior to rejoining Price Law Group as a managing attorney, Frank was an associate at a prominent bankruptcy boutique firm in Century City where Frank gained extensive experience in bankruptcy and litigation while representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. Frank is an Orange County transplant originally born in New Jersey. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and playing and watching all sports and participating in fantasy football, baseball and basketball leagues.
G. Thomas Martin, III
Tom Martin received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley. Tom is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the District Court of Colorado, and the District Court for Southern Illinois. Tom is also a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where he received certification for completion of the Dispute Resolution Services’ training program as a mediator in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Tom litigated and handled claims in a wide variety of legal areas, including business, commercial and real estate matters, as well as lawsuits involving civil rights, employment, construction defect, insurance coverage & bad faith, products liability, environmental and professional liability law. Prior to joining Price Law Group, Tom was also a senior associate at a national consumer rights law firm, where he concentrated his practice in consumer claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. Tom enjoys time with his wife and son, is a sports enthusiast, and loves to travel.
Janice Smith
Janice Smith (aka Jan Smith) received her J.D. from Whittier College of Law and was a founding member of the Woman’s Law Association of Whittier. Prior to law school Jan attended Bowling Green State University and received her B.S. in Marketing and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma a national scholastic society. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Nevada and the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada. She is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Bankruptcy Group. Prior to joining Price Law Group, she was a sole practioner primarily in debtor bankruptcy in Nevada for 18 years. When not in bankruptcy court she can be found playing with her two Airedales or shopping for the best deals at any consignment shop.
John D. Sarai
John Sarai received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He received his B.S. degree with honors in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge with an emphasis in Business Law and a minor in Political Science. John was President of the Association of Business Law Students during his undergrad studies, and received the Business Law Department’s Scholarship award. While in law school, John’s studies focused on corporate and securities law and his activities included being Chair of the Association of Business Law Students. He interned for the Office of the State Attorney’s capital crimes division in Miami, and he then clerked for the court-appointed Receiver in a $300 million Ponzi Scheme suit brought by the S.E.C. John is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. In his spare time, John enjoys watching sports, and coaching youth basketball.

John Varley brings a suite of competencies to the firm drawing on more than 20 years of experience in financial consulting. Varley formerly served as Chief Financial Officer and co-Chief Operating Officer for Price Law Group, a multi-state consumer bankruptcy law firm, from 2003 through 2006. Varley concurrently served as consulting Chief Financial Officer for Imhoff and Associates, a national criminal law firm in 2004. Varley previously served on the Board of Directors of Surgilight, Inc, a publicly traded company, as Chair of the Audit Committee. Previously Varley was Chief Executive Officer of Esports Arena Inc., where he served from December 1999 through March 2003. Mr. Varley was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Virtgame (OTC:BB VGTI) 1997 through 1999 and the Director of Finance for American Classic Voyages (formerly NASDAQ: AMCV). John Varley is an attorney admitted to practice law in California including the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court, and the US District Courts - Southern and Central Districts of California. John Varley received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2007. Varley is a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware) and earned an MBA with emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University in 1989. Varley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in 1984. Varley is a member of the Business Law section of the California Bar Association, and a member of the American Bar Association, including the Real Property, Trust and Probate section. Mr. Varley is a also member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), the Mensa High IQ Society, and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). When not spending quality time with his family, John likes to scuba dive and ride his motorcycle in the desert.
Justin Harelik
Justin Harelik received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. in English and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been working with both Spanish and English speaking clients in the personal finance industry for close to a decade. He has worked as a bankruptcy attorney, credit manager, debt negotiator and student loan advisor. He has applied his financial and legal skills to managing the estates of high net-worth individuals, and to helping improve the financial well-being of hundreds of people living below the poverty line. Harelik writes articles on bankruptcy and debt collection for the worldwide daily internet newsletter, Bankrate.com. Currently he is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern and Southern District of California, Northern and the Western District of New York.
He spent a year studying in South America, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is also a volunteer Big Brother for the Los Angeles Division of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. As the tallest member of the PLG basketball team, he maintains the necessary low-post presence and helped the team win the Laudau Lawyer’s League 2005 Spring Basketball Championship.
Kian Mottahedeh
Kian MottahedehKian Mottahedeh received his JD with an emphasis in Business Law from Whittier College School of Law and his BA degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. His law school activities include leadership positions in the Jewish Law Student Association and participation in Moot Court competition. He studied law at Univesidad de Santander in Spain during a summer abroad program. Kian has traveled throughout Europe and most recently traveled to Costa Rica where he enjoyed whitewater rafting and big game fishing. Prior to becoming an associate, Kian was a clerk for Price Law Group for seven years (full and part time during college and law school). When away from the firm, Mr. Mottahedeh enjoys fishing and the practice of martial arts.
Lucy Ajdaharian
Lucy Ajdaharian received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, with cum laude honors, and her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Armenian Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, with cum laude honors. During law school, she served on the Editorial Board for Law Review and her article was published in 2007. She also externed for the Honorable Kathleen O’Leary, California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District. Lucy is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice in the Central and Southern Districts of California and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; she is also pending admission to the New York State Bar. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Armenian Bar Association, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She also serves as an attorney volunteer for the LACBA Domestic Violence Project and Harriet Buhai. Center for Family Law. Lucy enjoys traveling, dancing, and cooking.
Makoto Shuttleworth
Makoto ShuttleworthMakoto Shuttleworth received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he received the Spencer Scholarship. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley where he graduated Cum Laude, B.A., in history. Prior to joining Price Law Group, Makoto worked in the field of tax and specialized in filing offers in compromise and penalty abatements with the IRS. He is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the Northern and Eastern Federal Court Districts of Texas. In his spare time, Makoto enjoys hiking and going on road trips.
Nicholas M. Wajda
Nicholas M. WajdaNicholas received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Nicholas graduated first in his class and was heavily involved in Thomas Jefferson Law Review throughout law school as a writer and article's editor. While a member of the law review, Nicholas was honored by having his student note, OVER-PLAYING A WEAK HAND: WHY GIVING INDIVIDUAL STATES A CHOICE IS A BETTER BET FOR INTERNET GAMBLING IN THE UNITED STATES, 29 T. Jefferson L. Rev. 313 (2007), published in the law review. In addition, Nicholas received recognition for his work as an articles editor from the law review, receiving the articles editor of the year award for 2007-2008. Prior to law school, Nicholas received his BA in Economics from Furman University, where he was a four year letterman on the Paladin's Division I Varsity baseball team. During his senior season, Nicholas helped guide Furman to the Southern Conference Tournament Championship and a spot in the NCAA Regional Tournament. Licensed to practice in both California and Nevada, Nicholas is currently admitted in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the District of Nevada
Paul D. Shaheen
Paul D. Shaheen, received his J.D. from Vermont Law School, an M.P.A. from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Paul is both a seasoned professional and a family man serving Price Law clients in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region of New York State. After having been admitted to practice in New York State, Paul became the general counsel and corporate secretary of a public company and then went on to provide venture capital services and founded several high tech start-ups before entering private practice with a primary focus on bankruptcy and family law. Paul has a wide range of interests and especially enjoys spending time with his sons and his wife Rita outdoors. Paul also enjoys traditional Chinese exercise such as Chi Gong and Tai Chi.
Paul Winkler
Paul is a graduate of Loyola Law School. He began practice as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Thereafter, he created and managed the bankruptcy department of Jacoby & Meyers and taught bankruptcy courses for attorneys at Practical Law Courses. He testified before Congress during debates leading to our present bankruptcy laws. He is a member of the Central District consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association.
Rabin J. Pournazarian
Rabin J. PournazarianRABIN J. POURNAZARIAN received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, and received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He studied Political Science abroad at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. Rabin's law school activities and honors included Honor Board, Moot Court Board, President of the Jewish Law Students Association, and two time recipient of the Gunnar Nicholson Award. He was also an extern to the Honorable Erithe A. Smith, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Central District of California. Rabin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Central and Eastern Districts of California. In his spare time, Rabin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. They keep him on his toes!
Ronald W. Wolsey, Esq
Mr. Wolsey is a 1973 graduate of St. John's University of Law[Jamaica, New York], and a Cum Laude graduate in European Language from Queens College [Flushing, New York]. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Madison County Bar Association, the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association, and a member of Madison County Law Guardian Panel. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the Northern District of New York, and Connecticut. Over the years he has held many unpaid executive positions with several non-profit and voluntary group, and has been an unpaid member of several city and county boards.
After an initial stint with Metropolitan Life in their Government Relations Department, Mr. Wolsey accepted a position as Vice President and Director of Government Relations with the New York State Food Merchants Association, which represented 30,000 member businesses throughout the state. Mr Wolsey then accepted a position with Amoco Corporation, where he spent sixteen years first lobbying state governments and agencies on the east coast, and then members of the United State House of Representatives and United State Senators, as well as federal agencies and the White House, in Washington, D.C. In 1995 Mr. Wolsey relocated to Cazenovia, New York [about 20 miles south of Syracuse], where he opened a private law practice representing clients primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law.
Steven A. Alpert
Steven A. AlpertSteven Alpert received his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law and his BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, graduating magna cum laude. His law school honors included Moot Court Oralist Commendation. Steven is a member of the State Bars of California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Nevada. Prior to joining Price Law Group, Steven was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he worked on a variety of transactional and litigation projects, including bankruptcy. Steven was also a teacher of legal writing at Merit College. During the Summer, Steven serves as a counselor at a pre-college program in both Madison, Wisconsin and Spain. Steven is a sports enthusiast and travels extensively. In fact, he has filled two passports, visiting exotic locales all over the world.
Stuart M. Price
Stuart M. PriceStuart Price received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles and his B.A. in Computer Science from Brandeis University. Stuart is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. Stuart was Chairman of the Individual & Consumer Bankruptcy Sub-Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association from 1998 to 2000. He served as an arbitrator with the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and as a judge pro tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has been a guest lecturer in Bankruptcy at Merit College and speaks to a variety of trade groups.
In 1991 Stuart founded Price Law Group, California’s largest debt resolution law firm, with offices throughout California, Nevada, Arizona and New York.
Stuart received his real estate broker's license which allows him to be sensitive to the needs of Real Estate professionals as he handles loss mitigation-related real estate transactions. Stuart provides educational sessions to Realtor® Associations on how to effectively navigate the Short Sale negotiation process.
When he's not playing with his two fabulous children, Stuart can be found in the kitchen making chili.
T. Lynn Fleischer
T. Lynn FleischerT. LYNN FLEISCHER received her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of Law and received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. Her law school activities include Moot Court. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Central District of California. Prior to joining Price Law Group, Lynn was an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Los Angeles where she worked on a variety of business and real estate litigation matters. She is also a volunteer certified mediator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Santa Ana Dispute Resolution Services. In her spare time, Lynn takes Tai Chi, sews quilts, and loves to cook.
