Mark D. Molner
Mark D. Molner received his J.D. from Creighton University, in 2009, with
a certificate in International Law and Foreign Policy. Concurrently with
the law degree, Mark also received his M.B.A. from Creighton University
in 2009. He received dual B.A. degrees from the University of Kansas in
Creative Writing and in Psychology, with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology.
Since returning to his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, he became licensed
to practice law in the State of Missouri (2009), the U.S. District Court
for the Western District of Missouri (2009), the State of Kansas (2010),
and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas (2010). Mark is
also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the
Kansas City Power Group.
Before joining Price Law Group, Mark worked at an Immigration Law Firm
dealing primarily in corporate migration and was awarded an externship
at The George C. Marshall Center for European Studies in the Bavarian
city of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, working in the field of European
Security and Collective Defense Strategy. Mark has participated in numerous
cases involving commercial and residential foreclosure, estate planning,
business planning, family law, and commercial litigation.
In his spare time, Mark volunteers with The Volunteer Attorney Project
of Kansas City, where he represents indigent and battered women in family
law matters, and with The Kansas City Volunteer Attorneys and Accountants
for the Arts, where he helps struggling artists protect their rights and
achieve their dreams. Mark enjoys watching college basketball, cooking
with his wife, and running with his dog, Dexter.
