Susan Rotkis

Susan Rotkis has more than two decades of legal experience that covers a broad range of turf. She has been a US Senate staff member, Legislative and Legal Counsel for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, served as a law clerk at the elbow of two United States Magistrate Judges, and general counsel for a technology company. For the past ten years, she has devoted her law practice to representation of consumers in litigation against banks, mortgage companies, debt collectors, and consumer reporting agencies.

She has a B.A. in Journalism from the Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

She is located in Hampton, Virginia and Tucson, Arizona.
