Attorney Syed HussainSyed Hussain

Syed graduated from the Emory University School of Law with Honors in 2017. During law school, Syed clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. Syed earned a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2014 and graduated with Honors, majoring in Legal Studies and Business Administration.

Before joining the Firm, Syed practiced with a criminal defense boutique, where he participated in federal criminal jury trials earning an acquittal as first chair in a racketeering/murder case. Syed also participated on appeals in the Second and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Syed has been litigating FDCPA and FCRA cases on both the defense side and as a plaintiff’s attorney since 2019. He’s experienced in all facets of litigation, from pre-suit to jury trials.
