Youssef was born and raised in Southeast Michigan. He received his Bachelor's
degree from Michigan State University. He then attended the University
of Detroit Mercy (UDM) School of Law. While in law school, he was a Law
Dean's Scholarship Recipient and was on the Dean's List.
After excelling in his first year of law school, he applied for and was
accepted into the Master of Business Administration program at UDM. After
only 3 and a 1/2 years, he graduated with both his Juris Doctor (J.D)
and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
While in law school, he was a legal intern for Quicken Loans Inc., a Judicial
Intern at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court, a law clerk for the Wayne
County Corporation Counsel, and a law clerk representing indigent clients
at the Immigration Law Clinic at UDM School of Law. He then went on to
work for Price Law Group, APC. As a law clerk, Youssef drafted and edited
several motions that were successful in getting relief for clients.
Youssef took the February 2018 California bar exam (which had the lowest
pass rate in CA history, 27.3%) and passed on his first attempt. In his
freetime, Youssef enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
